Pintxo hosted a sips and tapas wine event tonight, featuring Spanish wines paired with tapas from the restaurant.

It's summer time and the Pintxo back patio is where I like to spend too much time and money. But those Bacon Wrapped Dates are just so good.

Bacon Wrapped Dates Challenge at Pintxo!

For their 1st Anniversary, Pintxo held a Bacon Wrapped Date eating contest.

This is the first round of 20 Bacon Wrapped Dates for the contestants. They had to eat 50 in 30 minutes. Brandon was the only contestant that was able to finish the challenge and he even ate the first 20 in 2 minutes. Insane.

First glass of alcohol in 31 days

I was at Pintxo meeting with Cory, and randomly decided it was time to have a glass of wine. I took the last pour from the bottle of Valduza, and it was quite good.

Food, again.

You know if I posted a food shot, it is because I forgot to take pics. We all (the Belltown Family) met up at Pintxo to celebrate Laura's birthday. Good times.

New Day NW
