Home Sweet Rooftop Home
And after a long flight from DTW to SEA, sometimes it's nice to just go upstairs and check out the rooftop view (with an adult beverage, of course).

Elliott Bay at Night
Tonight was all about rooftop hanging and grilling at Heidi and Jose's rooftop deck... Then of course it led to Edgewater and Pintxo.

Sailboats
I am sure there was some organized regatta or something going on in the Bay... but I'm not sure what it was. In any event, it looked really cool from the roof.

Sunset from the Ferry
The crew went on a road trip today, to meet Will at the end of the Ragnar race. We ended up on some fairgrounds in Whidbey Island, that I am pretty sure was some weird rabbit farm. We drank $1 beers, chased rabbits, were given a case of bananas, and rode ferries. It was a lot of fun.

Evening Sky
After G told me about some crazy dude in the apt across from me climbing as high as he could on his roof top to shoot the sunset, I had to look outside. The colors were amazing, but my DroidX couldn't quite capture them. Instead, I chose this pic from the rooftop.
I love where I live.

A Perfect Pacific Northwest Day
Chris's friend Mick was in town, and we played tourists today! I took a TON of pictures today, but this one was one of my favs. Mount Rainier, the Ferry, Elliott Bay... so Northwest.
I know this is a pic of the day blog, but I liked this pic of the Gum Wall, too.

Space Age Radar Boat in Elliott Bay
I was hanging out on my roof, as it was a nice evening, when all of a sudden this weird boat showed up.
It's super hard to see, but there was a giant Radar Ship cruising into Elliott Bay. Apparently, it is being repaired at Harbor Island.

Cruise Ships Are Back!
The first cruise ship docked today, it pretty much signifies the start of tourist season in Seattle. Hopefully we'll see a surge in Belltown business soon.

Morning Walk
April and I went for a morning walk along the waterfront. I freaking love this city, this is the closest place for us to walk, seriously, we don't even have to go out of the way to get here.
