Space Needle sky. I know you have seen this view a million times before, but the sky is so pretty. I shot this right before heading to Ballard to meet G. 

Summer Solstice!

My Mom

The last day of my mom's visit, we took an early morning walk to South Lake Union before it was time for her to go to the airport. And another picture with the iconic Space Needle.

Space Needle... again.

Summer is almost here, but the temps are not catching up. The days are longer and the sunsets even more beautiful.

I decided to change it up a bit. Yes, this is my usual go to pic if I forgot to take a pic that day. This was taken with the Vignette app for Android. (I did take a lot of pics of items I am currently selling on Ebay, but those are lame.)

From the Balcony

Yes, yes, I take this pic ALL the time. It never thunderstorms in Seattle, but today we had full thunder and lightning! This is what it looks like in a storm.

Dark Blue Skies

I know, I know, I take this shot all the time. Well, I love the Space Needle. It is that figure that always reminds me of where I am... far away from where I started. It's almost a symbol of freedom, and new beginnings. Plus, it's an easy shot, right off my balcony.

Forgot pics, again.

So, I'm bad at taking a pic everyday sometimes. I was trying to get a photo of the rain against my bedroom window, but think I may have failed. I was out and about today, too, but didn't take any pics.

Space Needle Marriage Proposal

I happened to be on my balcony watering my almost dead plants when I saw a plane fly by with a banner attached. It circled the Space Needle a few times, for what I only could assume was a Space Needle marriage proposal.

I know it's impossible to read, but it said - Kristine, I <3 u. Will you marry me. Alfred.

I need to take more pics

OK, so, I totally take my view for granted. I love living near the Space Needle, and love my view. But seriously, this was the only pic I took today. Oy.
